Nice place—clean with a great ocean view. 10-minute drive to the center of P-Town. It was a little tricky to find the unit at first, but we found it! Make sure to get exact directions before going. I would stay here again.

We totally get it - Ptown is very lively and festive! You’re welcome to have friends over, just please be respectful, don’t host a ton of people, no house parties, and please don’t trash the place.
Please use good judgment and do your best to realize that we worked very hard to buy, decorate, and maintain our home.
What are the check-in / check-out procedures?
You will be able to access our home with a door code, which we will send to you during the days prior to your arrival.
Check-in time is anytime after 4:00 PM. Occasionally we accommodate early check-in if we have a gap between guests.
Check-out time is anytime before 10:00 AM
Can I smoke at the property?
Our home is a smoke-free home.
Please do not smoke or vape anything inside or outside the building.
The smell of pot smoke, bud, and joints is very strong.
We really must emphasize no smoking or vaping on premises. The smell lingers for a long time, and that’s not fair to us or to our future guests.
Where do I park?
Parking Information
We're happy to provide you with one reserved parking spot in the community lot for your convenience. When unloading or loading your belongings, you may park briefly in front of the buildings (15-minute limit), but please note that this area is a fire lane.To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, we kindly ask that guests avoid making three-point turns or U-turns in the driveway.
Parking Pass Reminder
From May 15th to September 15th, all vehicles must display an Oceanside Parking tag on the rearview mirror or place a parking permit on the dashboard. If you need any assistance with parking, just let us know—we’re happy to help!If you need additional parking, there’s a nearby lot next to CVS at the intersection of Bradford and Prince streets—just a short walk from the house.
The Town of Provincetown enforces metered parking from April 1 - October 31, 7 days per week, from 8 am-Midnight. For more details on this lot and other parking options, including locations and fees, please visit Provincetown Parking Information under Visitors > Parking.
